Cradexa services are billed monthly in arrears — meaning you are charged after services are completed each month, not upfront. A one-time $59 Credit Audit Fee is charged after your initial audit is completed. The maximum contract term is 6 months.
You may cancel your Cradexa subscription at any time by providing 5 days written notice before your next monthly billing date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@cradexa.com or through your account dashboard.
Because services are billed in arrears (after completion), all charges reflect work already performed. Accordingly, all charges are final and non-refundable except in the case of billing errors or duplicate charges.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at info@cradexa.com within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.
