By enrolling in Cradexa's Credit Intelligence platform, you authorize Cradexa LLC and its data provider, Soft Pull Solutions / Revery Credit, to access your consumer credit file from one or more of the three major credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) via a soft inquiry. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score and will not be visible to lenders.
Your credit report and scores will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with credit monitoring, analysis, and optimization services through the Cradexa platform. Your data will not be sold to third parties. Access is limited to Cradexa's authorized personnel and automated systems necessary to deliver the services you have requested.
Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the right to: (1) know when information in your credit file has been used against you; (2) access your credit file; (3) dispute incomplete or inaccurate information; (4) have inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information removed; (5) limit "prescreened" offers of credit and insurance.
All information transmitted is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption. Your Social Security Number is used solely for identity verification purposes and is processed securely through our credit bureau data provider. Cradexa does not store your full SSN on our servers.
If you are enrolled in a paid Cradexa plan, your credit file will be monitored on an ongoing basis and you will be notified of material changes. You may cancel credit monitoring at any time by contacting us at info@cradexa.com or by canceling your subscription.
